Alastair
has much experience teaching saxophone, clarinet, piano and flute in jazz
and classical styles, with pupils aged from 6 to 80 and abilities from
beginner to post grade 8. As well as having a busy
private teaching practice, Alastair has previously taught saxophone, clarinet,
flute and piano at Thorpe
House School (Gerrards Cross), Crown
House Music Academy (High Wycombe) and Queen
Edith Community Primary School (Cambridge). Alastair's pupils have
a 100% ABRSM pass rate.
Alastair
holds an Enhanced CRB Check and has completed the courses NSPCC Child
Protection in Music and NSPCC Child Protection in Education.
